National challenge 1:
Laurence's victory

A magnificent frame with the castle of Lapalisse in backcloth, a very pleasant weather report, a plateau, everything was gathered to make some 6th edition of the cyclo-cross of Lapalisse an exceptional meeting. With 500 runners from all the tests the organizer Gérard Desbouy of which about 150 at the Juniors, can be satisfied because rarely a cyclo-cross will have attracted so many participants and spectators. Laurence Leboucher (U.V. Fresnoise) left no chance to her opponents. The world champion titular cleared off very quickly to anticipate on the line the champion of France Maryline Salvetat (V.S.L.L. Castrate) and Corinne Sempé (V.C. Oloron Haut Béarn). It is simply about the final podium of the National Challenge on 2002, is an encore - répétita in progress for 2003?
