The Post office, the partner of the MOUNTAIN BIKE
since 1994
In November, 1994, The Post office undertook in an
official partnership with the French Union of Cycling in cross-country MOUNTAIN BIKE. She wished to Integrate this new Olympic sport into her communications strategy external, with in particular for targets the
young people and the executives, while strengthening the implication of the post-office employees.

Beyond the economic support of major events such as the Tour
MOUNTAIN BIKE, the Cup of France THE POST OFFICE, the championships of France, the National Trophy of the Young people bikers and to of course, the Great MOUNTAIN BIKE POSTS IT to Bercy, THE POST OFFICE supports
the MOUNTAIN BIKE in depth.
THE POST OFFICE gets involved socially with the sportsmen by recruiting members of the Team of France of MOUNTAIN BIKE CROSS-COUNTRY within the services communication of the
company by leaning on the contracts of high-level sportsmen. LAURENCE LEBOUCHER so benefits from an employment for the future but also from advanced formings.
THE POST OFFICE involves in the development of
the practice " everything publishes "
of the MOUNTAIN BIKE by having introducing the CHALLENGES THE POST OFFICE organized by the FFC during the stages of the Cup of France THE POST OFFICE (rides intended for the general public) and by the support of 250 local tests distributed on the whole territory. July 14th, The Post office of the Orne organized the 1st rally MOUNTAIN BIKE to Bagnoles de l' Orne: new trusting concept the culture and the sport. the partner of the French MOUNTAIN BIKE CROSS-COUNTRY, THE POST OFFICE, strong of these successes, pursues and completes in 1998 its original implication in the development of the French MOUNTAIN BIKE by giving
its name, in association with PEUGEOT CYCLES, to a unique(only) and ambitious project, the feminine first one Team VTT, Team PEUGEOT-LA POSTE..

Laurence Leboucher benefits from a status of high-level sportswoman since October 1st, 1995. She is employed on the service communication of the
management of The Post office of the Orne. This contract brings her a real social coverage, a training in the life of the company and especially certain outlet since its career will be ended.
The status of the high-level sportsman
The Post office is inclined to reserve, during the
duration of the present agreement, 20 employments to high-level sportsmen appearing on the list established by the Ministry of Sport (Laurence Leboucher, Sandra Temporelli, J.Christophe Savignoni in
MOUNTAIN BIKE, Lionel Plumenail in Foil, Christophe Pinna in Karate, Mustapha Essaïd in Athletics etc.). During his sports career, the high-level sportsman in question will benefit from conditions of
employment allowing him to practise his sports dicipline in particular to train and to participate in the competitions, while acquiring or by improving his vocational training.

Choice of the high-level sportsmen
The list of the profitable high-level sportsmen of the agreement
is revised at least once a year. The Post office saves itself the possibility of privileging the choice of the athletes belonging to sports disciplines sponsored by The Post office members in the ASPTT.

The obligations of the high-level sportsman
He obliges to participate in the demonstrations of public
relations and any operations organized by The Post office and his services according to the available funds. Laurence Leboucher participates in the big demonstrations organized for the attention of the
post-office employees (put back by trophies, holidays of the end of years), during shows (Lounge of the cycle, Spring of the Initiatives) and rides MOUNTAIN BIKE sponsored by The Post office.
